I am very excited that we will soon get together for the 2011 Greater China Sales & Marketing Leaders’ Meeting.

On our journey to become one of the world’s great companies, we are all aligned that we need to be BrandHearted. This is particularly important for us in Sales & Marketing and we are spending 3 days together at the beautiful Holiday Inn Shanghai West to talk more about that.

We will start with understanding the power of our Brands in both a plenary session as well as some interactive Brand Immersion workshops. We will then spend some time to discuss about how to make our brands famous leveraging the emerging media; followed by sessions on how we localize our channels to ensure they become world class revenue generation platforms and drive more business into our hotel and help us “Win”. There will also be workshops to talk about how we become BrandHearted in building the right team, planning our business, selling to our customers and managing our channels. So it is all about us, the biggest and most powerful hotel Sales & Marketing team in China working together beating the competition and “Win”.
